Claims advocacy means we don’t leave you to navigate the claims process alone. While many agencies simply hand you the phone number to your carrier and wish you luck, we stay connected with you during the process, ready to advocate if needed. What We Do Differently
Here’s how we handle claims—because how you’re treated during a claim can make or break your entire insurance experience:
We file the claim on your behalf.
We gather the full details, ensure nothing is missed, and connect you with the claims department. You’re never left guessing what to do or who to call.
We evaluate if the claim should even be filed.
Did you know a zero-paid claim or small claim paid out can actually hurt your insurance record more than a large claim? Some claims may not be worth filing—and we help you sort that out first. Sometimes a contractor’s opinion can save you time, stress, and premium increases.
We follow up—intentionally.
After a claim is filed, we don’t disappear. We check in with you to make sure the process is moving along and step in if anything seems off.
We escalate when necessary.
Aspire has a clear claims escalation process in place:
- Your account manager is your first line of support.
- If it’s beyond their scope or becomes complex, it’s escalated to our Agency Manager.
- If it still isn’t resolved, it comes directly to Beth, our Agency Owner.
We’ve had multiple escalations this year that were resolved the same day—simply because of the structure, communication, and intention behind our process.
Why It Matters
When you file a claim, it’s usually during a stressful or emotional time. You shouldn’t have to figure it all out alone—or feel like a number in a system. That’s where advocacy comes in. It’s about being proactive, professional, and deeply personal in how we support you.
