Recently, two separate commercial lines clients came to Aspire after a frustrating experience elsewhere.

Both clients had done what many business owners do: they went out to get additional quotes on their own. What they didn’t realize at the time was that the companies providing those quotes did not have proper underwriting approval (the businesses were not eligible for the coverage that was quoted) and in addition, the data entered to quote was incorrect, putting the clients at risk of an uncovered loss should a claim occur.

Those incorrect quotes had the clients’ policies been started, would have been cancelled after starting the policy—leaving the client scrambling, exposed, and compounding frustrations.
