Each month, our team nominates a teammate who made a meaningful impact. These nominations come directly from peers and highlight those who offered support, stepped in when help was needed, or simply brought positivity to someone’s day. At the end of the month, the nominations are tallied and a Monthly Recognition winner is announced. November was a special reminder of the culture we’re building.
This month resulted in a four-way tie, with several teammates receiving well-deserved recognition for the way they show up for others. What set November apart was that one of those teammates — Camille — was also the person who gave the most recognition to others throughout the month. It felt fitting that someone who so consistently lifts others up would be the one recognized.
Camille is exceptional at what she does, bringing organization, clarity, and consistency to the work behind the scenes. Through the systems she builds and the thoughtful, well-organized Excel spreadsheets she creates, she helps our team work more efficiently and stay aligned. She is always open to taking on new tasks, approaches her role with a collaborative spirit, and looks for meaningful ways to support our licensed team.
Her willingness to jump in, learn, and problem-solve strengthens the entire Aspire team. More importantly, her work directly impacts our clients by allowing our licensed agents to focus on what matters most — providing thoughtful guidance, advocating on their behalf, and showing up fully for the families and businesses we serve.
This culture of teamwork and recognition doesn’t stay internal. It shows up in the way we communicate, the care we take in structuring coverage, and the consistency our clients experience when working with Aspire. When a team supports one another well, clients feel it.
