Kaitlyn, Aspire’s Agency Manager shares her favorite Core Value:
My favorite core value is innovation. As a person who loves technology, learning, and anything new it makes it exciting to come to work knowing one of our core values is innovation.
Making sure that we are growing (another core value) with the fast-changing technology and looking for tools so our A-Team can better serve our clients and ourselves. Being able to adapt quickly and adding what is best for Aspire makes a world of difference than just pushing the pen to paper and hoping that works.
