Whitney, Aspire’s Personal Lines Account Specialist shares her favorite core value:
My favorite core value at Aspire is TEAM. I work better when I have a team surrounding me. When I have my team surrounding me, I feel like I can show up better for my clients. What is great about our team is every one of them is willing to jump in wherever they are needed to help another team member. When one of us has a lot going on during the workday, someone seems to always notice and assist that person. It is great to have people like that around you that can tell when you are stressed. Not only does it help our team, but it helps us further our support to our clients. I adore our team because everyone has a great attitude every day, you don’t see that often in a workplace. It makes it easy to come to work every day when everyone around me has a positive attitude. When the people around me have a good attitude, I am not only going to show up better for myself, but also for my clients. It is encouraging to be surrounded by such supportive people every day. All of our core values that we have fit our team very well. It is great to have them to work off when we are working with clients and together as a team at Aspire.
