Personally, I find Ezlynx to be exceptional, and it is by far my favorite vendor. I spend most of my time working on tasks that can be done on Ezlynx, such as client communication via text and email, sending documents that need to be electronically signed, and filling out the rater with home and auto information to generate quotes.
Its user-friendly interface, wide set of features, and efficient tools allowed me to complete my everyday tasks in a timely manner. One of the features that I really love is having a rater integrated into multiple carriers. This helped me finish my quotes without having to manually enter all the information on every company’s website.
Furthermore, I’m always appreciative of their live chat support. I rarely encounter long wait times, and the representatives I interact with are responsive and always willing to assist, even with the minor details that I overlooked. This is why, without a doubt, they’re my favorite vendor!
