Rooted in Care, Ready for What’s Next
This year, our Hudson office traveled north to our Gilbert, MN location and spent the evening at the Airbnb above it, The Oar’asis. There, the team connected over dinner, laughter, and a movie before diving into a full day of reflection and planning. We looked at what worked, where we can improve, and how we can continue to deliver on our promise of modern protection with timeless care.
As part of our quarterly tradition, we also gave back to a nonprofit doing meaningful work in our communities — Star of the North Maternity Home, based in Duluth and Hibbing, MN. They provide safe housing and holistic support for pregnant women and mothers with children experiencing housing instability. Their mission extends beyond shelter — offering education, care management, and the tools to help families build lasting independence.

Our VA team—minus Jennica—were also able to connect and share a vacation rental the night before, spending time together and strengthening their bond as a remote team. Even across the miles, that connection is what keeps Aspire strong.
These moments of pause are where growth happens — when we take time to look back, dream forward, and strengthen the foundation that keeps Aspire moving with heart, clarity, and care.
