Planning for 2027
A big part of our quarterly meeting was looking ahead at what we want Aspire to become in 2027.
We talked about ways to improve our processes, strengthen our team, and continue being proactive rather than reactive when it comes to our clients’ insurance.
Technology and efficiency are part of those conversations, but not because we want to replace personal relationships.
Quite the opposite.
We want to create more time to listen, educate, review coverage, and advocate for our clients.
As we grow, our focus isn’t simply on becoming a bigger agency. It’s on becoming an even better one.
Celebrating the Moments That Matter
Of course, it wouldn’t be an Aspire quarterly meeting without taking some time to celebrate our people!
This quarter, we had the opportunity to celebrate Whitney as she prepares to welcome her new baby! And what an exciting year it’s been for her!
From being recognized as Wisconsin’s CSR of the Year to earning her life insurance license, and now preparing for motherhood, Whitney has had so many milestones worth celebrating.
One of the most rewarding parts for us has been watching her journey over the years. From a high school graduate just starting her career to the incredible insurance professional and woman she’s become, it’s been such a privilege to witness her growth, both personally and professionally.
With our team spread across different offices and locations, moments like these mean so much. They’re a reminder that while we spend our days taking care of our clients, taking care of each other and celebrating life’s milestones is just as important. ❤️
